Henriette-Julie de Castelnau de Murat
Henriette-Julie de Castelnau, countess of Murat , born with Brest in 1670 and dead the September 24th 1716 with the castle of Buzardière (Maine), is a Romancière and French woman of letters .
Henriette-Julie de Castelnau married at the sixteen years age, the count de Murat, sergeant of the armies of the king. She was exiled with Loches with the request of Madam de Maintenon which showed it to have cooperated with a Libelle abusive for the court of Louis XIV. She composed several novels there. In 1715, the duke of Orleans put an end to its exile.
