Henri de Bellescize

Henri de Bellescize is the inventor in 1932 of the Boucle to locking of phase, technical assembly fundamental of modern electronics. It was necessary many years however before the loop with locking of phase was usually used. It is only the advent of the circuits containing Semi-conducteur S which this invention took its major place in the modern electronic systems.
