Henri Louis-Victor Rollin (or Henry ) (born on November 9th 1885, deceased in April 1955), soldier, journalist and essay writer French.

Biography

Henri Rollin has was engineer, captain of corvette, member of the Intelligence services of the marine French. He was also general writer and correspondent with Moscow of the newspaper Time (1925-1939) and Préfet (1941-1943).

At the beginning of the Years 1930, it publishes a historical test on the Révolution Bolshevik, but its name remains especially attached to its study of the famous forgery Antisémite the Protocols of Wise of Sion entitled the Apocalypse of our time (1939). Remained in the shade because of the circumstances, this book very early is seized and prohibited by the occupant Nazi. Rollin questioned the authenticity of the document and made the light at it on plagiarisms with a work of Maurice Jolly, Dialog with the hells between Machiavel and Montesquieu who enamel a good part of the text. The study of Rollin many times was republished and supplemented by work of specialists in the Protocoles like Norman Cohn and Pierre-André Taguieff.
