Henri Plunders
Charles Henri Pille (the Essômes-on-Marne (Aisne), January 4th, 1844 - Paris, March 4th, 1897) was a painter and a Dessinateur French. Raise Barrias, it especially made known itself as draftsman with the feather. Henri Pille was president of the Company of the artists illustrators.
