Henri Mule

Henri Mule (October 17th 1878 Paris - September 20th 1967 Draguignan) Organist French and Type-setter. Chief of the choruses of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Paris. First price of Violoncello in the class of Delsart in 1893 and second price of organ in 1897. He studied the organ with Guilmant (improvisation) and Widor (composition). Organist in the various churches of Paris. Professor at the Niedermeyer School and the Schola Cantorum of 1924 to 1931. In 1937 Mule burned its manuscripts and left Paris for Provence. He was organist of the cathedral of Draguignan up to 1958 when he died in 1967. He passed 30 of his 89 years in loneliness. He did not have of child. He died in a convent.
