Henri Lachmann

Henri Lachmann , born on September 13rd, 1938, is a personality of the business world. He in particular was chairman of Schneider Electric of 1999 to 2005.
Graduate of HEC Paris and chartered accountant, it begins his career in 1963 in the cabinet from audit Arthur Andersen before taking the operational direction of companies as from 1970, of which Strafor then Schneider Electric to replace Didier Pineau-Valencienne.
As from 2005, it leaves the operational direction of the group to assume the chairmanship of the board of trustees. Henri Lachmann was also writer into 2006 of a report/ratio on the evaluation of the scenarios of stock exchange consolidation implying Euronext
