Henri IV of England

Henri IV (April 3rd (?) 1367 - March 20th 1413), king of England and claiming with the throne of France, is wire of Jean of Ghent and Blanche of Lancaster, and grandson by his father of the king Edouard III of England.
Henri is born with the Château from Bolingbroke in the county from Lincolnshire. For this reason, it is called “Henri Bolingbroke”. In 1380, he marries Marie de Bohun, girl of Humphrey de Bohun, Count de Hereford. Their Henri son, future Henri V of England, is born in Monmouth in 1387.
Count de Northampton since 1384, created knight about the Jumper in 1377, it was also Duc of Hereford since the September 29th 1397.
Opposed since 1387 to his cousin, the king Richard II, it leaves England of 1389 to 1391. He carries out a pilgrimage with Jerusalem in 1393.
In 1398, it is in conflict with the Duc of Norfolk, the king banishes it for 10 years of the kingdom: it takes refuge in Paris. With died of his father, it is dispossessed of its goods, but succeeds his father under Count de Lancastre, Derby, Leicester, and Duc of Hereford and Lancaster.
In 1399, it unloads secretly in Ravenspur in Yorkshire and overcomes and captures the king constrained Richard II to abdicate. The Parliament recognizes its advent at once. It is called from now on Henry IV.
It is crowned in the abbey from Westminster to London on October 13rd, 1399 by Thomas Arundel, archbishop of Canterbury.
His/her son, the future Henry V, revolts in 1411 against him (missed revolt).
He dies (perhaps of leprosy) in the Abbaye of Westminster, but he is buried with the cathedral of Canterbury.

- In the cathedral of Westminster on February 7th, 1403, it marries (2) Jeanne de Navarre, the girl of Charles II of Navarre says “the Bad one”.
