Henri II Clement , lord of Mez and Nickel silver, Marshal of France, died in 1265.
Biography
Wire of the marshal Jean III Clement, Henri II Clement accompanied the king Saint Louis with his first voyage out of Holy Land in 1249.
One finds his name in Chartre of the abbey of Saint-Denis of 1263.
Henri II is the fourth marshal of the Clément family. This high dignity remained, by the will of the king, property of this family during nearly one century (the virtue of the fathers by a few degrees having preserved this succession at the children).
Their ground of Mez was called by it Mez Maréchal.
