Henri Herz
Henri Herz (born the January 6th 1803 with Vienna and dead the January 5th 1888 with Paris) was a Pianiste and Austrian Compositeur .
Biography
Henri Herz was born in Vienna under the name of Heinrich Herz. Child, it studies with his father and Daniel Hünten.In 1816, it enters to the Conservatoire of Paris, where it studies the music under the direction of Victor Dourlen and Antoine Reicha.
Herz founded its own factory of pianos in Paris, built a concert hall and taught with the Academy of Paris between 1842 and 1874. In 1856, it took under its wing the young Alsatian pianist Marie Jaëll, then ten years old.
Celebrate pianist, Herz travelled in the whole world, in particular in Europe, Russia, and with the the United States. He wrote a book about his experiments abroad, My Travels in America , and composed of many parts including eight concertos for piano. He was the lover of famous the Païva.
