Henri Cuq

Biography

It was born the March 12th 1942 with Toulouse. It is graduate Institute of political studies of Toulouse, Institute of international studies and Institute of criminology of the Faculty of Law of Toulouse.

Of 1969 with 1972, it is police superintendent, then directing general informations in Corrèze of 1972 with 1977 and police chief in 1977. When Jacques Chirac becomes mayor of Paris, it follows it and is operations manager auprès this one until in 1979. It is on this date that the latter appoints it chief of its cabinet, posts that it occupies until in 1984. He becomes director of the Commune of Paris in 1984 and is charged with the general delegation to the improvement of protection with Parisian until in 1986.

In 1986, it is elected appointed Ariège and preserves its station until in 1988, date on which it becomes appointed Ninth district of Yvelines under the label RPR then UMP as from 2002; he will constantly be re-elected. He resigns of it the April 30th 2004 to enter to the government as deputy secretary to the relations with the Parliament. He is replaced by his substitute, Pierre Amouroux. He is re-elected appointed of June 10th, 2007, as of the first turn of the legislative elections.
