Henri Atlan is an intellectual, Biologiste and writer of world famous.

Also Professor emeritus of Biophysics and Director of the Research center in Human Biology, Hadassah university hospital, Jerusalem, Israel.

Atlan was in France member of the Advisory committee main road of ethics for the Health and Life sciences, of 1983 to 2000.

Prof Atlan is Directeur of studies at the School of the High Studies in Social sciences (EHESS).

The philosophy of biology.

Henri Atlan is one of the pioneers of the theories of the complexity and the car-organization of the alive one. Raising the fundamental problems concerning the life and science, scientist and philosopher, incomparable expert of Spinoza, Henri Atlan puts in glance science, the texts biblical, mythological, talmudic, philosophy… Revealing a major and original reflection on the complex nature of the relations between science and ethics, its thought questions compatibility between the scientific thought, very whole round towards the determinisms, and the comprehension of complexities, continuous source of indeterminisms. It largely contributes to clarify the security questions which raise the cloning, the recent discoveries on request, or the biology of the development.
