Helix lucorum
Helix lucorum or " Turkish Snail " is a species of snail originating in the Balkans or of Turkey.
It is often sold, wrongly, as Escargot of Burgundy but one can differentiate it thanks to his stripes in the longitudinal direction from the shell. The snail of Burgundy has to him stripes perpendicular to the shell.
