Helium nucleus of Luçay

Charles Helium nucleus Marie Legendre , Viscount then count de Luçay is an administrator and French historian, born with Paris the February 28th 1831 and died in 1905.

Course

It is resulting from a family which makes fortune during the 18th century thanks to the general Ferme and still in favor at the 19th century (the count Charles Legendre de Luçay, is first prefect of the palate of the Emperor).
