Heliox
Puigcerdà is a city in the North-East of the Spain, in Catalogne. It is the capital of the comarque of Cerdagne, in the Province of Gérone. The city is close to the French Cerdagne.
The city is located at 1.202 meters above the sea level, with the Confluent of the Carol and the Sègre, an affluent of the Ebre, which separates it from its French sister city Borough-Madam. The city was founded by Alphonse Ier d' Aragon towards 1177.
