Helene , girl of the people, marries of the Roman Emperor Constance Chlorinates, was the mother of Constantin I {{er}}, him also Roman Emperor.

She is known to have organized the first restoration of the holy places Christian of Jerusalem. Helene is represented already old, in costume of empress, holding a cross or the nails of the Crucifixion. She is sometimes associated with her Constantin son. It is also represented holding with the hand a model of church.
