Heinrich Joseph von Hake
Heinrich Joseph von Collin (* Vienna, December 26th 1771 - † July 28th 1811) was a Austrian playwright .
Initially influenced by the Classicism French ( Regulus , 1802), its work approached that of the romantic German: Polyxena , (1804), Balboa (1806), Bianca beyond Carried (1808). Hake also left a cycle of lyric poems, Wehrmannslieder , dedicated to the defenders of Austrian freedom, and ballades ( Kaiser max auf der Martinswand , Herzog Leupold VOR Solothurn ). Its drama Coriolan (1804) inspired with Beethoven celebrates it opening éponyme ( Coriolan , 1807).
