Hein Verbruggen
Hein Verbruggen (born on June 21st, 1941 with Helmond with the Netherlands), is a Dutch sporting person in charge.
In 1984, he is elected President of the FICP (International federation of Professional Cycling). Later, it chairs the International Union Cyclist (UCI).
