Heilongjiang
The Heilongjiang (黑龙江 Pinyin : hēilóngjiāng , “river of the black dragon” which is the Chinese name of the river Amour) is a province in the North-East of the China, at the Russian border. Its abbreviation of a symbol is 黑 (pinyin: Hēi). Its place chief is the chief town is Harbin (哈尔滨 Pinyin : hāěrbīn), which is the most populated city also by far.
Geography
Heilongjiang is in the North of the Mandchourie. In North, the Amour river marks the border with the Russia. This province contains the point more in north of China, in Mohe County on the Love, and its point more in the east, the intersection of the rivers Amour and Oussouri. The climate is Subarctique there: Heilongjiang is the coldest province of China. Its large forests are especially populated colonies of loggers.

With 38 million inhabitants for 460.000 km ², Heilongjiang has a density of 81 inhabitants to the square kilometer, against 136 on average in China. 95% of the population belong to the ethnos group han, most important of China.
