Hector Caraffa , born with Naples in 1767.
It adopted with heat the liberal ideas, declared in 1799 for the République parthénopéenne, and took several cities on the royalist party; but it fell between the hands from the enemies, who, with the contempt of a capitulation, made it go up on the scaffold, 1799.
