Heat-transferring surface
A heat-transferring surface is a porous wall which allows a transfer of matter or a tight wall which allows an important transfer of heat between two fluids. Its surface is very fine, and important by folds or ramifications. The matter is forced to traverse it on its surface, so that transferred flow is maximum.
