Hautboïste

A hautboïste , more simply called oboe of the name of its instrument, is a player of Hautbois.

A symphonic formation in general includes/understands two or three oboes. One of them can be invited to play certain parts of another instrument (Cor anglais, Oboe de amore…) during same work.

Hautboïstes marked the evolution of the instrument by their virtuosity, their teaching, their friendship with a type-setter, their compositions or their methods instrumental.
