Haut-Batailley castle
The castle Haut-Batailley , is a wine field of 22 hectares located at Pauillac in the Gironde. Located in AOC Pauillac, it is classified fifth great wine in the official Classification of the wines of Bordeaux of 1855. The field was bought by the Borie family, also owner of the castles Large-Puy-Lacoste and Ducru-Beaucaillou.

The Encépagement of the field consists of:
- 65% Cabernet-sauvignon
- 25% Merlot
- 10% frank Cabernet
The wine matured during 16 to 20 months in the Barrique S in oak, partially new (30 to 40% according to the year).
The second wine is called Château the Tower the Aspic .
