Hats and bell-towers

Hats and bell-towers is a gastronomical festival organized by the Vigneron S of Sieur d' Arques which is held at the time of the week end branches in the area limouxine around Limoux and Saint-Hilaire each year since 1990. It consists in gathering in a village of the area a whole of wine producers and a famous chief cook to organize a sale of wine. The collected money makes it possible to restore the church of the organizing village.
