Hasnon
Hasnon is a Commune Frenchwoman, located in the department of the Northern (59) and the area Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
Its inhabitants name Hasnonais (be).
Geography
The commune is made up of three hamlets: Large Bray, Cataine and Hasnon Center. It is located near Saint-Amand-the-Water, between Valencian Lille and .
The Scarpe passes to the north of the city, the highway A23 in the east and the forest of Raismes-Saint-Amand overflows in south-east.
History
In September 1792, its inhabitants opposed a courageous defense vis-a-vis the Austrians, which was worth to them to be quoted with the day order by a decree of the Convention and to be preserved in the army under the name of “national Guards, flanqueurs of Hasnon”: " Hasnon deserved well of Patrie".

The " " Pond with Goriaux" " , large pond dominated by a spoil heap with a superb point of view over the forest and its neighborhoods, is located at 5km in the south.
