Hasdings
The Hasdings are one of the two principal branches of the people vandal, divided since the 3rd century at least into two large tribes, Hasdings and the Sillings. In 418/419, after their defeat in the Iberian peninsula vis-a-vis the Visigoths, sent against them by Rome and the death of the king silling Frédébal, killed in the combat, Hasdings and Sillings are linked under the same king, the king hasding Gundéric. The brought together Vandals also integrate in their row of the clans alains, them also severely beaten by the Visigoths.
Thus Hasdings become the dominant Aristocratie of the two people.
