Harvest

History

Created in 1989 by Brice PINEAU and Jean-Michel DUPIOT, Harvest knew to develop a strong competence as regards integration of processes tax, social, financial and patrimonial in clear and ergonomic software of simulation and to acquire the confidence of prestigious customers, cash the major actors of the bank and insurance in France and more than 700 independent CGP. At the end of December 2005, Harvest carried out its first operation of external growth, by acquiring of the company Quantix Finances.

Market

Harvest is a specialist publisher in the software of decision-making aid financial, patrimonial and tax, primarily intended for customers of large accounts in the bank and the insurance. The company has a software offer in addition intended directly for the private individuals as regards taxation.

Brice PINEAU Copresident, cofounder

Graduate of the ESSEC (1982), it begins his career in Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1985, it joined Sorefi Ile de France (Savings bank group), in load of the tools of productivity of the agencies, in particular the software of assistance to the sale. In 1987, it creates BMC-ITD, a software publisher of simulation for the financial world, and launches a first product range around the calculation of the tax, on PC and Minitel. In August 1989, it joins Jean-Michel DUPIOT to create Harvest. Born on February 20th, 1959, in Nantes, Brice PINEAU is married, father of three children.

Jean-Michel DUPIOT Copresident, cofounder

Graduate of HEC (1984), as of the end of his studies, it creates Diagnostic Systems, a software publisher intended for the market of the insurance. He develops within this framework a range of software of simulation in the field of the retirement, the precaution and the management of the social liability. In August 1989, it joins Brice PINEAU to create Harvest. Born on December 2nd, 1962, in Dakar (Senegal), Jean-Michel DUPIOT is married, father of three children.

Olivier FOAL Director Produits& Services

Holder of one OF the " Econométrie" (1985), it takes part in the research tasks of the FREF (Foundation for Economic and Financial Research) in the fields of the management of inheritance and the approach " Life cycle of the ménage". After a four years experiment in the department of technological survey of the ex-UAP, it integrates Harvest in 1991 as Engineer Concepteur. Originator of range BIG, it becomes Responsable for the Functional Studies in 1993, then Codirecteur of the development in 1996. In 1999, he becomes Directeur Produced & Services, in load of the implementation of the strategy produced and the organization of the production. Born on December 15th, 1963, in Paris, Olivier FOAL is married, father of three children.

Djaouad CHALABI Director Seeks & Développement

Holder of one OF the Information systems (1989), it began his career in 1989 as Engineer of studies, then Project manager in software firm. In 1994, it joined Aurus, software firm specialized in I*net architectures; as Consultant; in 1998, he becomes Directeur of the Department Consulting NTIC, in which he frames 20 people and manages customers of large accounts. He integrates Harvest in 2001, with the title of Director Seeks & Développement. Born on November 17th, 1965, in Poitiers, Djaouad CHALABI is married, father of three children.

Jean-Philippe ROBIN Business manager

Graduate of the ESCAE of Pau and holder of a MBA of the University of Clemson (South Carolina - the USA), it enters to Harvest in 1992 as Sales engineer. In 1994, it specializes in the relations Large accounts. In 1999, it is named Business manager. Born on September 9th, 1968, in Avignon, Jean-Philippe ROBIN is married, father of two children.
