Harold Washington
Harold Lee Washington (April 15th 1922 - November 25th 1987) was a American Juriste and Politicien, representing first district of the Illinois to the Congrès of the United States of 1981 with 1983, then Maire of Chicago, of 1983 with its death. It was the black first with being elected at this station.
