Harold (Batman)

Harold is a character of comics related to Batman and pertaining to cd. Comics.

Harold is uneven and dumb but also a genius of mechanics. It was located in the streets by the Pingouin which exploited its knowledge at criminal ends.

Batman collected it and employed it as a technician and an inventor in Batcave. It deals amongst other things with the maintenance of the equipment of Batman, of the Batmobile, the beat-Subway and the Batboat. Fascinated by its talent, Batman will do one as of its best allies of them, revealing its true identity of Bruce Wayne to him.

In the saga " Hush" (Silence) from Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee one learns that unpleasant the Silence repaired its body and returned its voice in Harold, which Batman had never succeeded in doing, in exchange of its treason. But Silence ends up killing it and Batman buries it on a hill near the Manor Wayne ( Batman #618-619).
