Harley Jones Van Cleave
Harley Jones Van Cleave is a American zoologist born the October 5th 1886 with Knoxville, in the Illinois, and deceased the January 2nd 1953.
It makes its studies in Know College of Galesburg where it obtains its Bachelor off Sciences in 1909. It enters to the Université of Illinois where it obtains its Master off Sciences in 1910 and its Ph.D. in 1913. It enters then to the department of zoology of this university where it will work until its retirement in 1952.
He is member various learned societies of which the American Microscopical Society (which he chairs in 1928 and of which he ensures the direction of his publication, Transactions , of 1925 to 1931), American Society off Parasitologists and the American Association for the Advancement off Science.
