The Doberman pinscher is a race of Chien created at the end of the Années 1860.

Origins

The Doberman pinscher is probably the result of crossings between the Rottweiler, the Pinscher and the Burrow of Manchester.

Physical aspect

Short, smooth and tight hair. Elegant and muscular body. Gracious posture. Pointed ears, almond eyes. The tail is very often cut, the cut of the ears is from now on prohibited in France, but the cut of the tail remains authorized.

It is a dog which does not support the cold very well because it does not have undercoat.

Psychic aspect

The Doberman pinscher suffered from its bad image because he was regarded as a wild dog, perceived thus because swift and voluntary. This dog has a strong character. This characteristic thus requires a firm education. It can become an excellent companion if its Master is able to educate it in a coherent way. It must, like all the dogs, to have profited from a good socialization. It is an animal which has great need for exercise to release its too full with energy. Excel sporting, it adores the excursions, the jogging or the canicross. The Doberman pinscher hates loneliness.
