Hargeisa (Somali: Hargeysa, in Arabic: هرجيسا) is a city with the North-West of the Somalia and the second plus big city in Somalia. It is also the capital of the Republic of the Somaliland which was proclaimed in 1991.

Colonial so capital Hargeisa of British Somalia of 1941 to 1960 when this one meets with the South to form the Republic of Somalia.

There are two universities in the city, like several public lycées or private. There are also colleges, elementary schools and even of the cribs.
