Happy Louis de Muralt
See also: Muralt
Happy Louis de Muralt , born with Bern, was made known by some works, such as:
- the Letters on the English and the French , 1728;
- Letters on the voyages and the spirit-extremely, 1753;
- common Instinct recommended to the men , 1753;
- new Fables , 1753.
These writings prove that the author had spirit and that with rather surface knowledge he united large leaning with the paradox. The first was translated into English and had in France the honor of a refutation, under the title of Apologie for the character of the French and English .
