Hapert
Hapert is a village in the commune Dutchwoman of Bladel, in the province of the Brabant-Septentrional . Hapert is located along the road which leads Eindhoven to Reusel, approximately halfway between Reusel and Eersel.
History
Hapert is mentioned for the first time in 710 pennies the form Heopurdum , when the borough belong to a donation of Bertilinde, girl of Wigibald, with Willibrord, abbot of the Benedictine abbey of Echternach in Luxembourg and first bishop of Utrecht. The village of Hulsel, to 6 km, also formed part of this donation.Since January 1st, 1997, Hapert belongs to the commune of Bladel. Until this date, Hapert was one of the three villages which constituted the old commune of Hoogeloon, Hapert in Casteren.
