Sir Hans Adolf Krebs born the August 25th 1900 with Hildesheim, dead the November 22nd 1981 with Oxford, is a Médecin and German Biochimiste then British.

He discovered the metabolic cycle which bears its name: the Cycle of Krebs (or cycles citric acid). He becomes member of the Royal Society the March 20th 1947 and obtains the Nobel Prize of Physiology (or Medicine) in 1953.
