Hanoar Haoved
Hanoar Haoved ( הנוערהעובד ) is a youth movement Juif which counts today 400 centers in Israel.
History
Hanoar Haoved is created in 1924 at the time of a conference made up of 35 participants representing various movements connected to the idea of the Travail Zionist for the towns of Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, Haïfa, Petah Tikva and Kfar Sheba. It is resulting, ideologically, of the trade union of the Histadrout.
The movement is composed of groups representing the various populations living in Israel; Arab, Druzes, Bedouin, members of Kibbutz, inhabitants of the Moshav, the towns of development and the urban areas.
Ideological components
Hanoar Haoved adopts like slogan: " With work, defense and peace: the sheet and rain. "
The 4 ideological values and founders of the movement are: the Zionism, the Socialism, peace and the Democracy.
Contributions
In 1931, the movement publishes the newspaper " Biméala". It is at the origin of the foundation of many agricultural establishments, of which Naan in 1933.
Hanoar Haoved directs various training programs today professional, of the defense groups of the human rights, the centers of youth and convalescence.
Hanoar Haoved contributes to the development of the Community activities within the minorities present in Israel, to the improvement of the living conditions of the underprivileged populations and to the integration of the young emigrants.
