Handle (resistance network)

Manipule is the name given to a network of information of the French interior Résistance during the Second world war.

Manipule is a network of the free France created in February 1942. It can be regarded as the " service action" movement Those of Resistance. It counted approximately 600 agents, located the northern zone of France, mainly on the west coast like along the Belgian border.

The arrests, the deportations and death touched one the third of manpower between 1942 and 1944.
