Hanada and Uruma

Hanada and Uruma is characters of the universe of the Inhabitant of infinite the.

These two men of the Itto-Ryu appear in volume 7 and are the reinforcement that Abayama sent to Higa at the time of its voyage in Kaga.

They will be opposed to Manji in a very long combat with three which will precede that against Higa. Their strategy is before a whole confrontation in duet because their styles of combat are complementary. They will start by taking the ascending one in the combat, particularly by immobilizing Manji with a tree using a long chain. Nevertheless, Manji will include/understand their weakness and will separate them for better overcoming them. It will trap Uruma and will kill it as a traitor (by striking it in the back), then he will take Hanada by surprised while hiding in a river and will kill it like his/her friend in the back.

They are the prototype of the pals always in the train of engueuler on all and anything (sun for example, cheatings, etc…). In fact they are right a beautiful pair of psychopathes. A thing amusing in these characters is that they are the exact opposite one of the other. Indeed:

Hanada has of long hair whereas Uruma is bald person.
Hanada is equipped in black whereas Uruma is equipped in white.
Hanada is of a naturalness rather bubbling whereas Uruma is always very calm.
Hanada handles long pikes whereas Uruma is armed with a kind of axe.

According to the dires of the author, Hanada would have been creates to resemble John Lennon. The glasses of the same character (of which one of glasses is rectangular and the other round) are a homage to the comic Transmetropolitan.
