Han-in front of-Pierrepont is a common French, located in the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle and the area of Lorraine.

Geography

History

By the decree number 96-709 of the fascinating August 7th, 1996 effect at January 1st, 1997, the commune of Han-In front of-Pierrepont, previously forming part of the department of the Meuse, District of Verdun, Canton of Spincourt, was attached to the Département of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Arrondissement of Briey, Canton of Longuyon.

The territorial limits of the departments of the Meuse and Meurthe-et-Moselle like those of the districts of Verdun and Briey and of the cantons of Spincourt and Longuyon were modified consequently.
