Tala Hamza is a commune of Kabylie (Algérie), located at 7 kilometers of Béjaia in the Daïra of Amizour.
The mountain, the sea and the proximity of the town of Béjaia make that she is very coveted, the number of inhabitants increased these last years much. It made a little cold there in winter but good in summer (sea breaks). Djamaâ-Oussaka (more known penny the name of Ighil-Ouberouak) is one of the villages than account this commune, known for the kindness and the generosity of its inhabitants.
