Hallaca
Typical dish of Christmas to the Venezuela, the hallaca resembles a generally filled Crêpe square of meat (ox, pig), dry olives, sweet peppers, grapes and locked up in a sheet of banana tree in which it is cooked in ebullient water. Its preparation differs appreciably according to the areas from the country.
