Halatte

The name of Halatte started to be employed towards XIVe century to indicate an old part royal ForĂȘt of Cooks which is in the south of the valley of the Oise in Picardy.

The word Halatte was derived from the Mont Alta (140 m of altitude) which is in this same ForĂȘt.
