Haïm Arlozoroff

Vitaly Viktor Haïm Arlozoroff (1899 - 1933), (in Hebrew: חייםארלוזורוב sometimes spelled Chaim Arlosoroff or Arlozorov ) was a leader of the Movement of the Workers, Poète and Politicien, directing member of the Jewish Agence and person in charge of the political relations. Zionist convinced, it defended the idea of a State of Israel and return of the Juifs in Ground of Israel.

It is born in Ukraine in 1899. Educated in Germany, he emigrates in Palestine in 1921. Activist within the Movement of the Workers, Arlozoroff represents Mapai at the time of many International Conferences and congress Sioniste S. In fact, moderated enough in his design of political approach of with the government British agent, in his way of managing the Arab question and in the way in which it puts the Zionist project into practice, it does not put forward of it less the idea of a Jewish revolt in order to seize, by the force, of grounds intended for the future Jewish State.

In connection with the Palestinians, he said: " He is not true only all that is bad for the Arabs is good for the Jews and he is not true only all that is good for the Arabs is bad for Juifs".

He is assassinated whereas he walks with his Sima wife on a beach of Tel Aviv, the June 16th 1933. The Kibbutz Givat-Haïm, the Moshav Kfar-Haïm and the suburbs of Haifa Qiryat-Haïm point out its memory.
