HD 147506

HD 147506 is a star of spectral Type F8 located in the constellation of Hercules. Distant of 440 light-years of the Solar system, a massive planet (8,7 MJ) called HAT-P-2b was detected there in 2007.

This planet supplements a revolution around its star every 5,63 days, approaching it up to 4,9 million km before moving away some up to 15,4 million km on a very eccentric Orbite (E = 0,5).
