Hœnir

In the Scandinavian Mythology, Hœnir is one the Gods Ases known for its indecision and the length of its legs.

He is the brother of Odin and within the framework of the agreements sealing the Trêve of the War of the Gods, he was sent to the Vanes with wise the Mimir and exchanges Njord.

The Adzes having developed Hoenir as being God of big class, the Ynglinga saga reports that the Vanes made to one their chiefs of them but they understood quickly that Hoenir suffered from a lack of perspicacity and that it was to refer unceasingly to wise Mimir to make a decision and that it grognait answers without interest when Mímir was absent.

Depities the Valves killed wise Mimir, decapitated it and sent its head to the Adzes.

In Völuspá, during the creation of the first human beings Ask and Embla, Hœnir and Lóðurr helped Odin.

In Cheap Gylfaginning, I and Vé is the names mentioned in the place. Since Snorri knew Völuspá, it is possible that Hœnir was another name for Vé. Hœnir also has a minor role in Haustlöng and Reginsmál.

He would be also God who allotted the five directions to the human race
