Hírlap Magyar

The Magyar Hirlap is a newspaper of Hungary.

Magyar Hírlap is a famous Hungarian daily newspaper. It appeared in 1968. These last years it was acclaimed for the quality of reports, the incisive tone of its leading articles and its line non-partisane in a Hungarian market of the newspapers very often politicized. Its Swiss editor, the group Ringier, has also the newspapers with stronger pulling, Nepszabadsag of center-left, the Tabloïd Blikk, the sporting magazine Nemzeti Sport as well as many other magazines.

Rumor of bankruptcy in 2004

In November 2004, the editor of the newspaper announced that it was going to stop the newspaper because of his financial losses: “Despite everything our efforts, we do not have to increase the sales”, known as Bela PAP, director-manager Ringier Publishing Group. He had announced that the last edition of the newspaper would be for the 6 novmbre 2004.
