Hépatocyte
see also: Etymology of Hépatocyte
The hépatocytes are the cells Foie. They are true biochemical factories, ensuring many metabolic functions whose principal ones are:
- the synthesis (Glycogénogénèse) and phosphorolyse (Glycogénolyse) of the Glycogen,
- the Néoglucogenèse starting from the Lipid S,
- the degradation of the Hemoglobin and secretion Exocrine of Bile,
- treatment of many toxic substances of which the alcohol.
Their Organoid S and their Enzyme S enables them to provide these functions.
Structures
The hépatocytes are particular cells. indeed, they comprise sometimes several cores whereas the majority of the cells eucaryotes have only one of them.
Functions
The cells hépatocytes are located in the liver. They ensure of many metabolic functions. Here pricipales: it synthesis and phosphorolyse of glycogen it néoglucogenèse starting from the lipids it degradation of hemoglobin and the secretation exocrine of bile it treatment of many substances poison of which alcohol. They are their organoids and their enzymes which their make it possible to provide these functions.
