Hémorroïde
The hémorroïdes (female name: a hémorroïde) , with the direction first, is the Veine S present at the level of the Muqueuse S of the Anus and the low part of the Rectum.
In the everyday usage, the hémorroïdes indicate mainly variqueuse dilation and the Inflammation of these veins, then called veins hémorroïdaires.
Types and symptoms of the hémorroïdes
The hémorroïdes are a dilation of the veins of the anal zone (Anus and Rectum) and fabric surrounding them, a phenomenon similar to the Varice S which can appear on the legs.Produced by dilations whose size is variable from one individual to another, the hémorroïdes can be interns (inside the anus) or external (on the boxing ring-cutter) according to their localization. They constitute normal anatomical structures and cover a pathological aspect only when they evolve to a disease hémorroïdaire. When it creates for itself an important damning up in these veins, a Thrombus (blood clot) can constitute and involve an important ignition and pains with embarrassment with the defecation.
Causes
- Of the family antecedents.
- a food frequently rich in pepper, for example.
- the frequent handling of heavy loads which induce an excessive pressure in the abdominal cavity.
- Work under conditions sitting in a vehicle as taxi or bus, truck driver
- childbirth
Prevention
- Increase the quantity of fibers in your food. The fibers softened the saddles. The Fruit S fresh, the Vegetable S leafy trees, the Cereal S and the Pain S of whole grains are excellent sources of fibers.
- Avoid weak fiber food, e.g. Ice cream, Fromage S, white bread and Viande S.
- Évitez the beer and fizzy drinks in general.
- Drink many liquids (except the alcohol). Ideally, drink eight water glasses per day.
- Made exercise regularly. Attention, to do too many “abdominal” can on the contrary worsen the problem.
- It can prove to be useful to take Laxatif S which increase the volume of the saddles, p. e.g. the its, the psyllium (for example Metamucil, Fibrepur, Novo-Mucilax, Prodiem (natural)) and others (Fibyrax).
- the use of the laxatives must be occasional except if they increase the volume of the saddles.
- If you test the need to make a saddle, do not wait too a long time. The more you wait, the drier your saddle becomes hard and.
Treatments
In general, the hémorroïdes are looked after effectively using simple symptomatic treatments which attenuate the pain and reduce the ignition. It will be also important to take care to control the intestinal transit time that the patient is constipé or not (enrichment of the food out of food fibers + laxative acting on the consistency of the saddles of the mucilages type). Lastly, an special attention must be granted to the hygiene of the anal area, without however falling into excess, the soap also which can be the cause of irritation. All these measurements make it possible to solve the crisis then to prevent of them others in more half of the cases.There exist other treatments in the event of complications:
-
the sclerosing injections, which cause the Sclérose vessels hémorroïdaires thanks to the injection of an irritating substance. This technique makes it possible to relieve the patient quickly;
- the photocoagulation by infra-reds, which acts on the vessels by fixing the mucous membrane;
- the Ligature S rubber bands, which cause by strangulation a devitalisation of fabrics and allows then their destruction by another technique (by congelation for example);
- Enfin, if the disease hémorroïdaire is at a very advanced stage, one can plan an surgical operation under local anesthesia or general according to the act to be carried out.
Concerning a thrombosée hémorroïde, when this one becomes painful, it is easily operable. In the majority of the cases, with an adapted food (always enrichment out of fibers), this one disappears by itself.
Medical care
The treatments of the hémorroïdes are most of the time containing creams, which one applies with the hand (in the case of external crisis hémorroïdaire) or with a specific end (in the case of internal crisis). These treatments are most of the time effective, although not removing completely the problem. Indeed, other crises can occur in time. For a total and final disappearance of the crises, the consultation of a doctor is necessary, this one will direct the patient towards a surgeon.
Phytotherapy
- Ail
- Cyprès
- Fragon
- Barks Horse chestnut tree: very effective in phytotherapy (posologies can be tripled at the beginning of crisis), are in pharmacy
- Myrtille
- Pissenlit
- Sauge: in complement (by ex) is in the form of infusions in pharmacy
