Håkan Lindquist
Håkan Lindquist is a Swedish writer born with Oskarshamn in 1958, resident with Stockholm since 1977.
Lindquist began its career from writer in 1993 with Min Bror och hans Bror (published in France under the title My Brother and his brother , ED. Gaïa, 2002), the account of a teenager, Jonas, trying to recall the love life of his/her Paul brother missing before his birth. This work was translated into several languages, and the French edition obtained the " Literary prize of Of Bordeaux of Lunetterie".
The third novel of the writer, to collect the stamps , is also published in France (Gaïa editions, 2004).
Lindquist also collaborates with articles and criticisms in various Scandinavian publications, and published a certain number of news in Sweden, France, Finland, Iceland, Hungary and with the the United States. He is also the author of the booklet of the opera William (music of the type-setter B. Tommy Andersson), which evokes the sentimental relation (supposed) between William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe. William was represented for the first time at the Château of Vadstena, in July 2006.
