Gwyneth Jones

Gwyneth Jones (born the November 7th 1936 with Pontnewynydd, Wales) is a British Soprano which also sang roles of Mezzo-soprano.

It began in 1961 after studies from song to London and was one of the lyric interpreters most requested years 1960 from 1980, especially in the dramatic register (Richard Wagner, Giuseppe Verdi, Richard Strauss). Its very tempting physique a long time and its theatrical aptitudes compensated for a voice which broke sometimes.
