The company holds with parity with Carrefour the company Sogara, owner of 13 Carrefour hypermarkets of big size managed by the national structure of Crossroads France. Lastly, via Sogara, Guyenne and Gascogne hold a participation of 4% in the Spanish company Centros Comerciales Crossroads, the remainder of the capital being held by the Carrefour group.
